From reception staff to bar and waiting staff and not forgetting housekeeping nothing was too much trouble and the Leonardo group should be proud of the service provided, hotel was in perfect location for train bus station and only a ten minute meander into city center

This hotel was appalling . The toilet was filthy the bath and shower were not cleaned and dirt ingrained into the bath .
The staff and manager apart from one girl were very unhelpful .
All they were interested in was money !
I made a mistake in booking would not leave me change it so I paid again .
I sorry I did !
If you go to Cork do not stay there !

Rachel at reception saved our vacation to Cork! Upon arrival to Cork, our airbnb had visible mold and smelled of mildew. Even though the Jury's Inn was fully booked, she helped us try to find a new location. After spending time in your lobby, Rachel rushed out to tell us there was a cancelation! Not only did she help us get a room, she provided complimentary drinks for "our rough day". I can't say enough good things about how caring Rachel was through the entire process. Staff make the difference. We were treated very well from the time we arrived. Our room wasn't ready but this was soon resolved. Rooms are a decent size for a family of 3 .
We decided to take a walk before we left and the staff were very accommodating by allowing us to leave our car in the car park.

This hotel was needing a little assistance. The sink was plugged. The rooms did not have air conditioning so we kept the windows open. Other than that it was a good stay. It is centrally located and within an easy walk to most things in Cork. Food was good
