When you plan a week long trip for your family of 5, which includes two college kids and an 81 year old mother who has trouble walking, working with a conventional tour group leaves room for concern. From my first inquiry until our final farewell, John was responsive and careful to manage my expectations. It was like working with a beloved family member who cared just as much about the success of our trip as I did. In a nutshell: Luxury, comfortable, clean car. John, a native of Cork knows EVERYTHING about how to drive the Ring of Kerry: Secret spots, inside scoop, golf courses, and best spots to enjoy lunch. More importantly, he can talk to anyone! He finds a common thread and connects to each person individually. He also is totally fine if your group is tired and just wants to be quiet. John was very considerate of my mother and at every stop made a point to see how she could best be escorted. We could not have asked for a better guide and new friend.
