Having stayed here before and enjoyed it, we chose an executive king room. Once checked in, we went to our room. It was a standard double. We had to go down and asked to be moved, which was poor considering the amount we had paid. The matter was sorted by a different lady than the one who checked us in. The women who we dealt with originally stood looking rather sheepish while it was sorted and offered no apologies. I understand mistakes happen and it was sorted quickly but an acknowledgment would have been nice.
Once in the room we had payed for, we discovered the AC didn't work. They said they would send someone to have a look but alas it wasn't sorted. It remained broken for the duration of our stay. The hotel itself is clean and the room was satisfactory.
Unsure if we would return which is a shame as have previously enjoyed stays in this hotel.More
