Loved it, energy levels have been average for the last number of years, but i felt so energised afterwards and looking forward to my next visit.
Arrive about 20mins in advance of the session so as to get the info on how to get the full benefits.

Staff were super friendly. Facilities clean and water nice temperature. Everything there and more e.g. makeup wipes, hair dryers, towels, robes

It was perfect, excellent service and beautiful place.
I would highly recommend arriving ahead of the float time and relaxing for a few minutes before going in. In my case, I arrived a bit stressed and probably that affected the overall experience, but I'd definitely like to go back again.
