Have stayed here a few times now and whilst it is the perfect base for business it is a bit out of the town if you are looking to explore the city. It is a lovely hotel with large, comfortable enough rooms. The food and service in the bar area can be a bit hit and miss. On my last visit I was brought 2 meals that weren't mine before I got the correct order and it took 40 minute to get the burger but it was tasty. Overall a nice hotel, friendly staff and good food as long as you don't mind a bit of staff training going on.

This hotel never dissapoints such a warm welcome when we arrived and the rooms were so clean. The staff from the housekeeping were so helpful and they went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. They are a credit to the hotel we will definitely be comming back

I stayed here over the long weekend, its a beautiful hotel with easy access to the city. The hotel is spotless clean and the room was generous and very comfortable staff are very friendly and polite and helpful. I am looking forward to coming back here.

Upon arrival the hotel was very hot. the room wasn’t ready and after getting our room a hour late there was only 2 single beds put together and claimed as a double bed. We had booked for 2 adults and a 13 year old who was considered a adult. We went to reception and told them we only had a double bed and the staff member just said all he could do was put a bed in and we politely asked why the room wasn’t ready even after the extra wait and he just ignored us. We also asked for some sort of compensation and he ignored us. We went back to the room to start getting settled and we found lots of dust, bugs and general mess.
We got the bed sorted so we made our way to the restaurant where we received poor service and below average food ( there were also many flys at the bar). I also had a nose bleed at the bar and the staff couldn’t care less. At the end they told us we paid them to much then we didn’t pay them enough. For breakfast we received the same poor service. Went to the pool where we had to pay €3.50 for a cheap swim cap! The pool has opportunity if it had better care. There was dirt and missing tiles. And on top of all this the plugs by the bed didn’t work so you have to charge any devices at the other end of the room. I also left with bed bug bites!!
Would never recommend this hotel.

Plenty of free parking. Room was generously proportioned and very clean. The only real drawback was a lack of air conditioning, but I suppose as Australians we always expect air conditioning to be standard. The bar and restaurant were good. The location of the complex was a little remote, so you would need a car to be able to travel into Cork City and other nearby areas. There was no refrigerator in the room, but that appears to be the standard thing in Ireland. There was an outside play area for any children. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was quite a nice place to stay.
