Arrived at 4 to the Town Hall, party of 12.
Lovely table overlooking a magnificent painting, chowder amazing, shank melt in the mouth, hake, chicken all top class... Malachy our waiter brilliant, gave us super attention... Desserts to die for.... We'll done.. We'll be back

Came in on a busy Friday night and the service was exceptional. Speedy and efficient and really polite. Duck starter was quite fatty but very tasty. Irish beef dish was delicious with some lovely dauphinoise. Wine and puddings also fantastic. Would 100% recommend, worth the price!

We dined here while staying at the Old Ground during a tour of Ireland in November. We made advanced registrations. We were quickly seated and served promptly. This is one busy place with local residents and tourists. It was a pleasant surprise to find such an upscale restaurant in a small town. Food was outstanding and service very good. We wanted for nothing. Others on our tour eat in other places with mixed results. This was an excellent choice. If we ever return to Ennis we will definitely dine here again

We had Lunch here recently and found the Pub had a nice Atmosphere and was very busy which is always a good sign.
The Bar-food was nice but just ordinary and we Had Soup first and bread, but the Roll was Hard and the Slice of Brown Bread also hard so not a good start.
We had a Toasted Special each and a Pot of Tea and this was Ok nothing special but Ok.
I observed some people having Fish & Chips which looked good so I will have to return for a second try.
