We ate in the restaurant and stayed the night n this lovely riverside Inn. Evening meal was good but the breakfast was exceptional. I ordered home made muesli with fresh fruit. I was presented with an enormous dish with 2 bowls on it and 2 small dishes. 1 bowl with muesli, 1 full of fresh fruit, small dish of honey and another of plain yoghurt. It was beautiful. This was followed with scrambled egg and smoked salmon. Best breakfast I have ever eaten. The restaurant has a nice cosy atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was large and beautifully appointed. Plenty of DVDs to watch and books to read if you so wished. We will definitely be back.

Called in for a quick bite to eat and a warming drink.
Very nice Scones with Jam and cream, with a lovely cup of tea. Sit outside if the weather is nice and enjoy the view while you enjoy the food.
Lovely place.

We stayed here for the night and it was absolutely perfect. Well equipped, spotlessly clean room with a gorgeous view of the river. Friendly welcome by the staff (and the two dogs). The food was delicious and well presented in the restaurant for dinner, and breakfast in the morning was faultless. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

One of the best bits of a family trip, an evening in this welcoming restaurant with the best food we'd eaten served by the friendliest and most efficient staff. It made our trip. Thank you to all the people who work there, an especial pleasure to meet your wee dogs on the way out and know that dogs are welcome x

We have previously stayed in hotels in the town but Port Na Craig is perfectly situated alongside the river and only 40m from the Festival Theatre. This was a real bonus as my son was in four plays at the theatre and having dinner and getting to and fro each night would have been a complete hassle.had we stayed in Pitlochry itself. The rooms were well appointed and the cuisine in the restaurant was delightful. The restaurant offers a pre-theatre menu which has a .wide choice of options so good we ate there on three nights. The only downside is there are only three rooms so unless you book early you could be disappointed!

Room tip: Riverview is the best
