Having arrived late in the day, around 21:45, the reception couldn’t have been more helpful. They offered to book a reservation for me as food was shortly being ended.
The room was standard - clean and comfortable. I had a sea view which was great to wake up to. I had the window open and woke to the fresh smell of the sea. What a great start to a day!
Breakfast was good, hot and cooked to order. All round good service and s good price. Will stay again when in the area!

I'm so glad our location by the sea enhanced your stay with us, and no doubt the efforts of our Receptionist in ensuring you were fed would help as well !

Many thanks for your review, and we look forward to your next visit.

Friendly helpful reception staff willing to go the extra mile. I needed a fan and extra duvet for my back. It was no problem and help was available when needed. Great view of the Clyde and quiet and spotless room. A lovely river walk into Greenock its self. I would recommend the hotel.

Room tip: Request a room on the Clyde side quiet and great view

It’s part of the chain so you know in advance it’s going to be no frills and it certainly is.

It’s located just off a busy road beside another so if it’s warm you get all that traffic noise.

On site pubs ok but the meals taste like they were just reheated on site
