Our 3rd lochs and glens holiday .Our room was amazing (thank you) with great views of the loch . This hotel does have the advantage of being in walking distance of the town ,but that advantage is offset against the long journey and any delays are not down to the hotel or lochs and glens . Unfortunately the option of breaking the journey in the lake district is not available from our pick up point. The hotel was spotless , lovely staff , if I had any negatives it would be food ok as opposed to great and the trips out were not as varied or interesting as previous trips , but being so well situated if you wanted to do your own thing ie the cable car up mount Nevis it was easy to do so. Lochs and Glens remain good value for money with safe experienced drivers .

Room Tip: Room 105 was lovely

Stayed at Highland Hotel as part of Lochs and Glens Holidays. Hotel was really great and room was spotless . During our stay the food was very good . All staff with Lochs and Glens are very attentive and polite and can't fault them . The Hotel was just a short walk into the main high street with a few pubs and shops and to the boat cruise pier for Loch Linnhe.
The day trips were great and everything was organised very well so hats off too Lochs and Glens holidays . Definitely recommend them .

Room Tip: Room with a Loch view if available.

I stayed at the Highland Hotel for one week with my girlfriend and her parents. The moment we arrived after the long journey the cases were taken to our rooms and dinner was soon served. I found the food excellent and the staff very efficient and attentive. The hotel was restored a few years ago and it has plenty of period charm. The view of the loch is lovely. The town centre of Fort William is within walking distance and has nice shops. We were taken out each day on very interesting trips with great drivers Tam and William. This holiday is run entirely by Lochs and Glens and I really couldn't fault them at all.

First thing about this hotel, rooms are so clean. Staff are so helpful and friendly. I would not say the food is excellent as a few things were not to my liking, tough Pork, curled up liver as it was so thin, but on the whole food was ok. Stayed as part of the Lochs and Glens tours, have travelled in more comfortable coaches but drivers good and always cheery. Trips out were very enjoyable. Liked the holiday, apart from a few gripes.Would I go again ,yes.

After a long comfortable coach journey with plenty of stops we arrived at the Highland Hotel.
We were greeted by the staff at the door, our cases were taken straight to our rooms and we went in to dinner the meal was excellent as it was every day! it's a beautiful Hotel and the views are simply amazing! lots of trips out on the coach which were very interesting.
It's a short walk to the town of Fort William with lots of lovely little shops.
Our room was warm spotlessley clean, great bathroom loads of hot water.
I can not find any negatives about this Hotel, the staff were so polite and attentive nothing is too much trouble for them and they were great with the more elderly guests which was lovely to see, also the driver was first class his name was Martin and our other driver Darren, they looked after us so well.
Big Than you to Lochs and Glens
Planning my next trip

Room Tip: All rooms looked great but a loch view is beautiful😀
