Stayed here while working in the area. Excellent breakfast and friendly host. Rooms a little dated but very clean and excellent value for money. Great location for town centre and exploring the city. Definitely stay here again.
After almost 6 weeks being closed The Kemps has reopened with new owners. The refreshed decor and changes are noticeable. The place was always nice and in a good location. They are the best B&B I’ve used in Inverness and I’ve been a regular business user so have experience of several places. Was glad The Kemps has reopened and with the new owners every success in their new venture
This was a very nice place to stay. It’s all one level, the bus stop is at the corner and there is a grocery store across the street. The location is about an 10-20 minute level walk to town. The food is delicious and you have a choice of what items you would like. Would definitely stay again.
Stayed a few nights due to work commitments and couldn't be more pleased. Helpful hosts and a lovely clean room. The guest house is in an ideal location for travelling in, out and around Inverness. Private parking is a bonus and despite being close to the road the nights are very quiet and relaxing. Also a few local amenities within walking distance for picking up any forgotten travel essentials! Lovely welcoming living room communal space and incredibly accommodating arrangements for later meals. Breakfast each morning very organised and tasty. Will definitely return. A truly delightful stay.
Picked this place because it was not straight in the city center but still at walking distance, you take really 5 minutes. The guest house is in a quite place, in front of a supermarket. Rooms are of a nice size, mine was with private bathroom outside the room. There is a nice lounge where you can sit and read/work, depending what you are in Inverness for. Breakfast is simply amazing, home made and so tasty.
The owner is super sweet and friendly.
