We were given the opportunity to assess both the 1 and 2 bedroom units when we were offered an upgrade. Both were delightful, and we chose the 2 bedroom unit because the main bedroom was on the ground floor. Well maintained and very comfortable, with all facilities including a washing machine. Everything worked well. Views over the horse paddock and pasture, down to the Firth. On a working farm surrounded by countryside. Close to everything: Culloden, Cordor Castle, megalythic chambered tombs, Loch Ness, the Black Island, and of course, Inverness. Barbara our host left some Scottish edible treats for us. Much enjoyed.

1 review Very clean, well equipped and comfortable, perfect for the two of us. Lovely and quiet location ideal for seeing a wide variety of places of interest by car. Barbara, the owner, was very helpful and welcoming.

We loved Bothy, even the spiral stairs. Bothy is a delightful mix of comfy cozy in the lounge and bedroom with very
nice new modern kitchen and bath. Barb and her family made us feel welcome and we enjoyed getting to know them. Especially enjoyed feeding the tiny lambs. There are a lot of interestin things to do and places to explore all very easy to reach. Highly recommended to my friends. We would definately come back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There´s lots of space, all renovated and modern inside which is a nice contrast to the traditionel look from outside. It´s really quite and relaxing even if Inverness airport is just a few miles away. To reach the lovely beach in Nairn and the shops you´ll need a car.
Our host was so friendly, congenial and easygoing and we´d like to stay there again if we´ll visit that area next time.
