We arrived to Carisbrook around midnight (after our flight was delayed) the landlord kindly stayed up for us (I did inform them of the delay).
The landlord was friendly and asked us about our tour we had booked the next day and informed us about where to go.
Our room was simple and exactly what we needed. (Bed was a little springy though)
We unfortunately had to leave earlier than breakfast was served but there was a little spread for us to come down too :)
Another bonus was there is parking here too!
Defiantly recommended!

Only positive is off street parking and possibly the location. The room was extremely small, the bathroom a cupboard and we couldn't bring ourselves to use the shower. My lampshade held together by black gaffer tape. The arms on the chair need decontaminating and cleaning. The bed sheets drying on the radiator in reception didn't appeal. The breakfast cereals were all out of date and the fresh fruit was brown around the edges. The breakfast itself just edible, no special exciting food, very basic. We've stayed in B and Bs in Inverness with similar location, this is by far the most expensive for absolutely the most basic ever experienced. A five star charge for a one star accom. Look around for any alternative.

Stayed here for one night and got the warmest welcome from Danny. The room was small but very tidy and nice and so was the bathroom. Nice with private parking and the breakfast was good. Danny offered a great, free wifi and recommended restaurants and how to travel on from there. Really liked it!

We stayed here for one night in June and the owner, Danny was the most helpful host ever. The room was great, clean and had everything we needed. The price was also very good concidering the central location. We had no breakfast booked but that was not a problem, even with short notice. We only paid 10 pounds for a lovely breakfast. We will return if we ever come to Inverness again.

My wife & I stayed at Carisbrooke on first night in tour of Highlands of Scotland. The Guest House is well located easy to find. Beautiful ton house, Danny was a excellent host and very attentive. Lovely bedroom and the only negative would be a small bathroom & shower, however we still enjoyed our stay.
