Arrived fairly late and booked into room. Jon the assistant manager was great. Professional friendly and business like. Got to the room , 504 , and had a slight issue. It was reported to Jon who dealt with it immediately with ease. Staff member went to the room and addressed the issue. Excellent service by all. Great hotel great staff. Excellent city centre location and fantastic value. Will definitely return to use again.

We were looking for somewhere central to stay this was perfect.
The only major issue was not being able to check into the room till 7pm when we were told 3pm. It was due to a linen delivery however we feel they could’ve contacted us before we arrived as it then made us late for a work night out. Have been offered no compensation or anything for a stay that was cut extremely short.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night and we loved the convenience of where it was. Just down the road from George square so pretty much city centre.
However the receptionist that greeted us wasn’t very warm and didn’t look interested in being there. Never the less, got to our room and it seemed decent at first, but shower was covered in hair, didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all and the mugs and one spoon we got for tea/coffee had marks all over it. Had to clean stuff ourselves before using.
Then later that night, we came back at midnight and both our keycards weren’t working so we couldn’t even get through the entrance into the hotel. Luckily another customer was coming out and let us in but we could access our floor so we had to go to reception and the guy there said they had to reset the cards and this was an often occurrence. It was really inconvenient as there were other groups doing the same and after a night out, people just want to go to bed.
Although that brought our experience down, we did like the location, bed and lighting in the room was really nice and good for a one night stay.
Came back last night and the man receptionist kept knocking on our door and when we didn’t answer he let himself in to our room and told us to be quiet, he could recite our full telephone conversation from 10 minutes previous. He had obviously been standing outside our door for a length of time. One of us were actually undressed and he let himself in, hence why we couldn’t open the door. I think this is a highly inappropriate thing to do as we are 3 young girls.
We also booked a room with a double bed and single bed and was given a mattress on the floor with one pillow and no sheets. The mattress also has stains on it as well as stains in the carpet. We all had to sleep in a double bed.
This hotel is in a good central location.
Plenty shops around to buy snacks.
Lots of good restaurants and bars.
Access to public transport is very good, trains and buses.
I stayed in a super room on the 12th floor I pre booked it 4 weeks in advance. The room was spacious and very clean, the view was skyline over the roof tops, and you could see lots of landmarks.
Bathroom was clean and spacious.
I would stay here again, and I recommend it.
Had a great trip hotel was lovely and clean we will go back the breakfast was good and the bar was also good only down side was the Wi-Fi it didn’t work tried loads of times just gave up that cost me 3£
