My wife and grabbed a quick, local break away from the kids. The city was packed and only a few options left when we booked but very happy to have taken a room here.
Alisha on reception was the key to a perfect night. She was totally in control despite having a busy hotel, wedding included. Her courtesy and relaxed, friendly manner was a breathe of fresh air.
The hotel itself is a wee gem in the heart of the city. Rooms recently refurbished, nicely finished. Bathroom bit small but ok. We had breakfast in our room and they skimped on the toast (one slice each) but that was the only very minor quibble.
Would highly recommend for a Glasgow City trip.More
