Stopped in for a quick bit of lunch. Very busy. Good choice. Had toasties and scones. Scones were huge and must be home made. They were great. Service a bit slow due to only one lady on coffee machine. Maybe invest in some hours at peak times. Tables not the cleanest maybe because of peak trade time.
But overall enjoyed the food.
We would go again

Stopped off for a quick lunch and as usual was not disappointed. The Cream of Cauliflower soup was excellent. The staff are always friendly and although it's very busy you'll always get a table.

We went to Cafe Fresco for lunch today. My husband asked for a panini filling which was not available. The lady who informed us of this was really friendly and polite and very apologetic. She went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience Really good service and my macaroni was excellent. Will definitely be back.

We have occasionally visited this cafe, but most recently were particularly pleased with the quality of food. We had a late lunch, my wife had a panini and I had a Hot Mexican Wrap. The wrap was delicious and huge with a very generous accompanying salad a crisps. The panini was similarly generous in size. The seating comprises traditional tables and chairs but there are also couches for more relaxed eating and drinking. Would definitely go there more regularly.

Dropped in for coffee and cake, and was pleasantly surprised. The cafe is within a large department store and the variety and quality of the menu was surprisingly good. The main meals looked very good and plentiful. We had coffee/ hot chocolate and a massive slice of an excellent rhubarb pie. The prices were reasonable and the tables were kept clean and cleared. Glad to have visited.
