Popped in for breakfast after a night away at a local hotel for our friends wedding. First staff member was extremely friendly.
Went to buffet breakfast to find many of the hot items hadn't been replenished. No sausages, eggs, or hash browns. Waited about 15 mins for these to be replaced but they were worth the wait.
While waiting I witnessed a male staff member speaking to numerous customers with a complete attitude. Terrible customer service which is a shame because he let the rest of the friendly team down. Was scared to ask anything incase I got the same attitude.
Would I return? Probably not. I'm sure there are many other establishments locally where you could get equally good food without the tense atmosphere.
