We love seafood and it is obvious that those running this small busy restaurant do too. There is just enough room between tables not to feel squashed but they do pack a lot in. I liked the maritime decor and appropriate Scottish quotations on the walls. Nice touch to see displayed where that day's mussels came from. We had Moroccan mussels, subtle flavour with a good chilli hit, great chips and salad. Service for the food was lightening quick but we struggled to attract attention to pay the bill with all the chatting going on. Looking at other diners, all the food seemed fresh and interesting. Lunch was especially good value for money.

We had the Moroccan mussels, thumbs up! The piri piri prawns were delicious! Staff is very helpful as he knows ( based on my appearance) what we can consume and what we can't! Thank you (My apologies as I didn't catch his name) for being so thoughtful!

Small busy restaurant that is full of happy looking diners tucking into their mussels. We had excellent Scottish oysters and a generous portion of delicious smoked mackerel pate. Chips and wine were good too. The staff were friendly and efficient.
