Stayed for 7 nights end of june. Very clean and nice kitchen/bathroom. Close to center of town and lots of shops/takeaways in the area. Parking on nearby streets was a problem but it was free.
The building next door was being demolished at the time of our stay but we were given prior warning. I think this clean, nicely decorated flat within walking distance of the centre was well priced for our stay during the Fringe festival. My only tip is watch where you park as on the first day we didn't realise it was such a problem and my husband parked not quite on the junction. If he had parkd a few centimetres over another car could have squeezed in next to ours. There was a very rude note placed on the windscreen by an intolerant resident. However, I would love to go back as Edinburgh is wonderful so I would definitely recommend it.

Great location & as a base this apartment has everything. Shame local buildings are an eyesore & I'm a non smoker & could smell smoke when entering the flat. The fold out bed is uncomfortable & could do with a topper. But kitchen has everything & the flat is cosy & warm.
