Not too bad but could be better, especially since this is a Marriott brand. Check-in was chaotic and slow. The bar area is too small for a hotel of this size and the wait staff are unfairly stretched. My lunch was not very good, so I left most of it uneaten. Our charming and delightful young waiter, Maciej, actually noticed this and asked if there was anything he could do for me - quite outstanding service. Would have given an even lower rating if not for this very pleasant young man who was conscientious enough to try to improve the situation.
