We stayed here for two nights to spend time at the festival. Stuart & Trevor welcomed us with tea and biscuits on our arrival and were wonderful hosts throughout our visit. They gave us great advice on the area and the public transport. The city centre is a short distance away on the bus and they run throughout the night too.
The accommodation is very comfortable and tastily furnished. We even got to use the hot tub in the garden which was very relaxing after wondering around the city.
Breakfast is a delight with plenty of fresh fruit and homemade preserves. We will definitely return when we next visit Edinburgh. Thank you for such a friendly, welcoming stay Stuart & Trevor.
Thanks Stuart and Trevor for a great 2 days in Edinburgh. Great house and hosts. You certainly went out of your way to make us feel at home.
A warm welcome from Stuart and Trevor gave an excellent first impression and we were not disappointed. The ensuite room in a relatively new property was perfect with a large modern bathroom. Whilst the house was in a quiet cut-de-sac it was only a minutes walk from a bustling Morningside road with its coffee and charity shops and a nice welcoming pub - The Merlin. Our car was parked in the driveway behind locked gates. Access to the city centre was only a short bus or taxi ride away. Our continental breakfast arranged to suit our timing was just perfect. We would definitely return again.

Lovely room in a beautiful modern house. 20 min walk from the city centre , 5min bus journey with the bus stop very near. A very quiet, relaxed location yet so close to a vibrant city! Fabulous, friendly hosts Stuart and Trevor greeted us on our arrival and were very helpful and accommodating during our stay! A great value room with breakfast included!
