Having been disappointed with a recent expensive 5 star hotel stay I was prepared to be in a critical frame of mind. Bauhaus Hotel raised my expectations and restored my faith in service, friendliness, comfort and appreciation for a well located haven in downtown Aberdeen. Location check, friendly check, great service check, amenities in room excellent. Breakfast range of choice and standard very good. I will definitely return to this chic comfortable hotel soon and can highly recommend a stay here. Bauhaus is a great place to relax and stay.

We stayed at this hotel which was new, well appointed, beautifully clean and central. But we were let down by a terrible breakfast. There was a small buffet with cereals and cheeses. I asked for a cooked breakfast which was included in the price of £95. This looked promising as there was a chef to cook this to order. I was served 'plastic' scrambled egg, a sausage that i would not have even been served at school and 1 slice if bacon that could not have been saltier. My feeling is that for the price paid the quality of the ingredients should have been much better, and the effort put into cooking a good breakfast is no more than the effort to cook it badly.

it was a weekend getaway for a couple, and it was brilliant! the room was beautiful and very well decorated, the central location it was perfect, we could just walk to other amenities: restaurant, cinema, bars. the breakfast has an excellent and varied choice of cereals, fresh fruit, bread, cheese, etc. great black out blinds, no noise at all... highly recommended!

The title says it all but I have to write 250 words for the review to count
The location is good, one street back from Union Street and apart from the raucous seagulls (everywhere in the city centre has the same problem) in a quiet location.
Decor is unusual but very modern.
Staff excellent. Would make a good location if considering organising a Hen or Stag party.

This hotel was really stylish, it was warm , the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was a little small, but it had a great big TV which made my 3 night stay in business a comfortable one. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Room service was great, loved the idea of linking up the the local Chinese , food was great.
