We visited Everglades on the 13th feb ( a xmas pressie from family) from we arrived we were looked after by duty manager Katie herself and all staff were very attentive from start to finish such a selection of sandwiches, pastries and bread have to say hot scones cream and jam was my favourite all beautiful. So relaxed and chilled out will def be back and highly recommend to friends and family first class.

Lovely atmosphere, very good service and very comfortable. Unfortunately the afternoon tea wasn't great for vegetarians even though when booking our dietary requirements were advised. All the sandwiches were mixed in together and the selection for vegetarians was egg and cheese and tomato and not presented very well. Staff did provide more egg and cheese and tomato sandwiches separately. It was also very awkward how the afternoon tea was served which was on a table beside our table. This meant having to get up and down from your seat or for the people sitting beside it to keep passing food across. The meat eaters loved the ham sandwiches and some of the breads and pastries were lovely . It's such a shame that more thought wasn't put into the selection and presentation of the the sandwiches and served in a more pratical way.

We visited for Afternoon tea and was definitely not disappointed! A lovely roaring fire, live piano and absolutely delicious treats. Plenty of tea top ups and even a takeaway box for all the food we couldn't possibly eat at once! Would absolutely recommend this place!

From the minute we walked through the door, we were spoiled. Our order of tea or coffee was brought to us right away, with a lovely selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes that included a little ramekin dish with a portion of Christmas pudding. Butter pats, jam and cream on the side, and a lovely glass of prosecco to finish.
We were told to stay as long as we wanted; our table was ours for the afternoon, and an endless supply of tea and coffee was served with the minimum of intrusion from the wonderful staff.
A young lady pianist played a selection of music which added to the atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, a wonderful experience, bought for my daughter and I as a Christmas treat.

A beautifully set table for afternoon tea with a delicious selection of sandwiches, tray bakes and a fab trifle to finish and as much Tea or Coffee as you could drink.
It was lovely sitting in the big sitting room type area with lovely purple linen napkins, everything was done in style.
My friend brought me as a treat and it certainly was just that.
