“Clean, warm, train station on the Waterside”
Review of Railway Terminus

Railway Terminus
Ranked #116 of 143 things to do in Derry
Reviewed 29 March 2015

This is Northern Ireland's most westerly station, and although it's not the prettiest, it does the business. The old station is next door, and its a magnificent building, but has been lying derelict for some time now. However there has been talk lately of restoring it, and opening it up again. There is a free car park for customer behind it, and a shurtle bus to the bus station, on the city side.

where do i start with this ugly hut,i just wish commonsense would prevail and NIR would move back to the lovely original terminus next door instead of this crap of everything being new fangled and wasting money on new build's which are horrible,do not believe what you read, the old terminus in the city is spacious, attractive architecturally and cheaper to buy and put back into use that another glass box new build.
