Went here with my husband and toddler the other night. Had heard good things. Were seated immediately and high chair provided. Ordered from the express menu. Prawn crackers were really tasty. Shared ribs and curry samosa with my husband as a starter and really were excellent. Staff were tolerant and attentive to our noisy toddler and brought his foood as soon as. Kids portions generous. Mains we had a chicken curry which was good and chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce .. again good. Bill including drinks was 40 quid so couldn’t fault that.

Chinese food varies all over the world, generally because they have adapted their menu to meet the local cuisine / favourite foods. This is no exception and is the first Chinese restaurant we have come across where chips and gravy are served with the fried rice if you so desire. Locals here order their own meal and it isn't usually placed in the middle for sharing. Food is generally prepared so it can be eaten with a knife and fork, rather than chopsticks ... so while different to what we are used to ... the food itself was very tasty and freshly prepared. Service was very good and prices were reasonable.

Arrived on a Monday evening and found a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. Had the two courses for £15 and three courses for £19. All the meals were tasty but the stand out was the banoffee desert - it was home made and a huge portion - needless to say it didn't last long. Also had a couple of drinks - gin was £3.10 which seemed very reasonable. Service was very good. Will definitely visit again.
