Oh my goodness where do I start, fabulous staff, fabulous location, food out of this world. I rang a few months ago and reserved a family get together for 30 people in the restaurant. Not a problem, Tuesday afternoon at 3.30. We wanted somewhere near City Hall and it just so happens it's directly behind it. We all tripped in, chose from the set menu, had our drinks order taken and everything else fell into place. The choice was varied and when it arrived we were delighted. Did i mention that it was our wedding day! we did not want to go for the traditional,so this was perfect, We had a great day, Staff were so friendly, food was delicious and the atmosphere was just right.I highly recommend Ten Square and for a 3 course meal £22. was great.

If what you want in an hotel is excellent location, excellent room fit out then this has got it. Rooms are spotless and well appointed with luxury bed, great pillows, fluffy towels etc. From moment arrived late evening I couldn't have found staff and in particular Ludwig the concierge very helpful. Valet parking comes at 20 pounds per day. Had a steak sandwich in the bar and it was really good. So why not 5 star, little things such as better info on hotel facilities, what time breakfast and what cost, how to use phone system, plus having 5 star appointments, in-house gym, pool etc. If you don't need these you would not go far wrong in selecting this hotel.

I booked this hotel for the location and the quality and certainly wasn't disappointed. Very central located and easy to get to from the airport (we used the Airport link bus, 300A, £10.50 return ticket, easy as you like) right by the City Hall. Rooms are well equipped with little touches from Ear plugs to robes and slippers, they even give you a newspaper of your choice every morning! All staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant and bar area was lovely. We had breakfast one morning and also an evening meal there and both were lovely and we felt was great value for money. The city itself was very interesting, don't miss out on a visit to the Titanic Quarter, we spent nearly 3 hours in the museum and be sure to take a tour of the epic coastal line! We did a Game of Thrones tour which included the Giants Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede...a must see if your in Northern Ireland! Overall a fantastic stay in Belfast and the Ten Square Hotel, would definitely visit again and we know which hotel we will be coming back to! :)

The staff could not have been more lovely, the breakfast was top notch, buffet style but very fresh and very tasty and the bed was sleep heaven, so so comfy and dressed in cosy fresh linen. The shower was very weak pressure (alas) but the bathroom was clean and relatively tasteful in comparison to the Polka dot carpet and crushed velvet overkill in the room itself. Get the interior design team in Ten Square! The logo is awful too, very tacky which does not suit the vibe. So from an aesthetic point of view it's a definite no from me. But a big fat yes for the all important staff, food and actual sleeping, the decor can be changed easily so it's great that the all important vibe is good.

The hotel is ideally situated in the city centre so perfect for anything you might plan on doing in or around belfast.
The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the room was very spacious.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
