Stayed here for a two night business trip. Was an enjoyable experience. From the check-in everything went smoothly. The rooms are comfortable and bright and with a modern outlook. Only slight drawback in my room was the crack/fissure on the main wall (room 505) and the carpet could have been renewed. However, that did not deflect from the overall experience.
The fitness room (FitPit), is quite small but the fact that it was not crowded meant that i never had to wait for the use of the equipment and is complimentary to all who stay at the hotel. Also on the first floor, you have access to a sauna and steamroom although i never got the chance to utilise these.
The restaurant, RBG, is effectively a sports bar but it provides a pleasant location to grab some enjoyable food, (the pan seared sea bass is highly recommended) and a good ambience to enjoy a beverage.
Staff wise, I could not fault the team. From check-in to check-out and the restaurant staff, they all offered a friendly word and were equally helpful. The location in the centre of Belfast also works well. It is within easy access to local restaurants and hostelries should you not fancy eating in the hotel.
All in all, I can certainly recommend, and will return to, the Park Inn.More
