Always lovely coming here for cream tea. Even at its busiest the staff are smiling and friendly. It's such a shame that customers aren't always as kind...in the space of half an hour I've seen four sperate groups completely disregard the queue of people waiting for a table to find themselves a seat - only to go on to complain the table isn't ready! Staff deal with this so well...shame it's actually the customers that let this place down! A lengthy queue just goes to show how popular this cafe is. Maybe a bigger sign saying "please wait to be seated" is needed as some people obviously need more of a reminder!
