Just a one night stay at this hotel, still quite new and smart, the rooms are quite ok, nice comfortable bed, good shower over the bath, free wifi (which is quite adequate), decent size television and a hairdryer that (unusually for budget hotels) actually has enough puff to dry your hair! And the staff are all very helpful and welcoming.
Not so good points, the windows don't open! I know they say that fresh air is pumped into the room, but it's no substitute for an open window to let in the fresh air. The food isn't that special to be honest, it's ok, but it really wasn't the best sirloin steak I've ever had. There's oodles of choice for breakfast, unfortunately the fried eggs seemed to have come straight from the local golf driving range, rock hard and had obviously been sat there for quite some time.
But all in all, nice hotel, comfortable and I'll chose something different from the menu if I'm ever down that way and stay again.

Generally the premier inns are a good standard, but basic, this is the same. The shower was good, the rooms clean. Note that the Windows do not open and that it is a very small hotel. Don't stay for food, the 8 of us ate one night and ended up with 2 meat pizzas that were supposed to be vegetarian. The same waitress made lots of errors that night with other people's orders too. The food was good, but not really acceptable. Breakfast is over priced and not that great. But good location for Malvern and surrounding areas.

Stayed here just for one night. Although the staff are polite and rooms good, I avoided having a meal here after reading other reviews. For a good breakfast, there is a Morrisons 15 minutes walk away... It is a way out of town, so expect a taxi fare to town to cost about £8. A very quiet location however, please note reviews mentioning noisy air conditioning. It didn't bother me personally, but I could see how it annoys others.

Just spent two nights here, the place is very clean and the decor is fresh and appropriate, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious , the staff were very polite and friendly. Only criticism is the fact that I couldn't open the bedroom window! I found this to be a bit claustrophobic and although the room has air con I personally like a bit of fresh air .

Staying in various Premier Inns each week I have experienced the good and not so good but this new hotel is up there with the best. Usual good standard of room, easy to find and very clean. Special mention to Mel who checked me in - total star and a credit to the company
