A lovely dinner for two. Very reasonable price using the set menu. The only thing I don’t like is that a service charge is automatically added.

We were greeted with a warm, friendly welcome into this very popular brasserie/restaurant.
Efficient and a helpful guide with our meal selection saw us choose mushroom, spinach and gruyere cheese crepe with a delicious green side salad.
We would highly recommend this lovely restaurant which has a good location opposite St Thomas & St Edmund’s church in the centre of Salisbury.

We popped in for lunch whilst out in Salisbury for the weekend. Lovely warm welcome and the aroma of the food was sublime. The service was really good, polite, happy staff and attentive.. the food was great and good value. My only grumble was the surcharge added for service, I always tip good service, and I would have actually given more that the amount added to my bill, but I think it should be at my discretion, because like many people, I wouldn't ask for it to be removed, even if the service was poor. anyway, minor thing in an otherwise brilliant visit.

Six if us visited for an dinner on a Friday evening . Service was okay but not brilliant. The food was nice but slightly cool. However it was reasonably priced. We had two people in wheelchairs in our party and I would recommend that you ask for a street level table if you are a carer as it's a steep push up the portable ramp with no help offered from staff. The ramp was also positioned the wrong way around damaging our chair.
The non disabled facilities are a bit of a trek from the restaurant.
A bonus is the nice location of this branch of Cote

My wife and I visited The Cote Restaurant yesterday, Friday, 4th May. Really nice to sit outside in the sunshine again, at long last. Beautiful Lunch, great wine, very good service. The only downside was when presented with the bill I didn’t actually scrutinise it properly, just looked briefly to check there was no additions, to what we had ordered. The bill was paid and only later when I checked the bill, I noticed that there is a service charge running at 12.5%, although optional, it is included. A little naughty I feel. I always do tip when I feel the service is good, but feel this should have been my choice and not the restaurants. Keep an eye open on this. Rick
