Just spent two nights here at the weekend on a coach trip. There were three more coaches here at the same time and everything went well considering how busy it was. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom looked new and was separate from the toilet, only criticism was that the bath was very deep and some people might have difficulty getting in and out and it needs a bar on the wall to assist with this as the towel rail is being used and is coming away from the wall.
Staff were very helpful. Meals were very good, plenty of food, well presented and hot.
The hotel is on a industrial estate, handy for the motorway but there is nothing else there to walk to only a Greggs the bakers.

I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip and had problems sleeping because of the noise.
The air conditioning unit outside was running continuously and there was a local lorry park and motorway nearby also adding to the noise. Not to mention the drunken people arriving back in the small hours and the smokers congregating outside the hotel entrance.
The food in the restaurant was very basic but expensive. The staff were freindly and helpful and thew room was clean and well decorated.

Room Tip: Don't get a room at the fron of the hotel

Really enjoyed my stay here. Friendl staff, good clean spacious rooms. The only downside is it is a little difficult to get to if you don't have a car.

I really wasn't expecting much from a hotel off the motorway next to B&Q booked by my mother in law so that we could attend a family event. We are a couple with a two-and-a-half year old daughter, and I was expecting a nightmare. I couldn't have been more wrong. The staff were lovely (even recommending a cheaper wine than was on the list from the bar - where do you ever get staff telling you how to save money?), the room was great, and breakfast was delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

Booked 3 rooms for an overnight stay to attend a family gathering in Bradford. Staff very welcoming and curteous. Lovely lady served us breakfast. Lots of choice excellent value. Rooms large clean and well appointed. For what we paid we were more than happy.
Don't be put off by the location. It's so convenient and you are not far from Leeds and Harrogate.
