We arrived at the hotel around 23.10hrs on a Fri night, as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel is situated in the City Centre area near IKEA.
The hotel is not very big nor is it a stand alone hotel.
Parking is immediately beside the hotel via an NCP parking which charges £3 for 24hrs over the weekend and £5 for 24hrs Mon-Fri.
Check in was prompt with Jacquie who assisted us in checking in via the electronic self checking in machines. Check in took less than a minute. She was very friendly and helpful.
We had a family room on the second floor.
Room was very large, larger than many other Premier Inns we have stayed at. We were pleasantly surprised to have a large king size and two single beds in the room. The bedroom had high ceilings and made the room definitely feel spacious with plenty of space for the kids to run around in.
The room and en-suite were very clean and conformed to the usual standards of the premier Inn hotel brand.
Beds were very comfortable and we had a trouble free, noise free, and a comfortable one nights stay at a good price.More
