“We will be back👍👍”
Reviewed 11 February 2015 for a stay in June 2014

6 weeks between the 2 Appartments with 2 young children was very comfortable and any issues were addressed with ease with Lindsay and her very helpful and friendly staff.
Home away from home.
Wine and Chocolate was a nice touch along with all the fully stocked bathroom amenities.
Everything you need if wanting home cooked meals but as my wife put in her review the Cantonese resturant around the corner is fantastic and they do deliveries.
Short walk into the city for shopping and access to public transport. Also a large Tesco not to far either.
Very happy with the 6 weeks and great value with a long stay rate.
We will be back.

“Better than expected”
Reviewed 3 January 2015 for a stay in December 2014

Very spacious well appointed apartment in the jewellery quarter Birmingham as the name suggests. We stayed whist visiting family over Christmas. The apartment is spacious but 6 people might struggle with one bathroom.
Lindsay had thoughtfully installed a christmas tree and some decorations. We also found choccies and wine. Plenty of tea/coffee provided. There is a washer/drier but no dishwasher. There were plenty of good towels and Champneys products in bathroom. Slippers were provided in order to preserve the lovely wooden floors. Heating and hot water were 24/7. In fact so cosy was the apt that we lowered the temp!
Parking is in a secure gated courtyard which for city centre is a big plus. Much better option than similar priced hotel rooms. Recommend.

“Nice location for a family meet up”
Reviewed 15 December 2014 for a stay in November 2014

We met up with my parents and grandmother so 6 of us in the apartment which went amazingly well! Especially with the use of only 1 bathroom in the morning for showers. Its location was great, went to an Italian around the corner which couldn't have been better, both in price and food. Lindsey the manager was easy to talk to and helped with the booking process.
Im not a city person but could not fault anything to be honest, we walked around the german market (which was terrible, far too busy and tacky) but very easy to walk to and from.

Great, thanks again Lindsey

“A gem!”
Reviewed 9 December 2014 for a stay in November 2014

What a lovely place to stay!
A friend who is very resourceful found this wonderful place for us to stay in Birmingham to enjoy a girlie weekend away during the lovely Christmas Market time. And she did very well!
What a find! We got the train so had a bit of a walk but when we found the apartment it was easy to gain access and we were in for a treat!
Clean, luxurious and spacious. What more could you ask for? The complimentary wine was a bonus. The milk and supply of tea, coffee and hot chocolate a bonus.
Top quality furnishings, the extensive sofa in particular was my favourite!
The beds were a little too soft for my liking so I slept on the sofa on our second night but the spare bed linen accommodated this and I was very comfortable.
The extra touches in the bathroom were lovely. As many toiletries as you would expect in any good hotel, along with lots of plush towels, flannels (not many hotels provide these) and slippers too.
The provided handbook was great but could have given clearer directions. An earlier review refers to a local Tesco but we didn't find it and directions to a local cafe for breakfast would've been appreciated as we were on kitchen strike being busy working Mums!!
All in all a lovely home from home place to stay and we all commented on how we would be glad to utilise it in the future if we visited Birmingham again, thank you!

As soon as we entered the apartment we noticed how spacious and immaculate the apartment was. Very inviting in deed!
I had requested if a birthday banner or something could be put up as it was my friends 30th birthday. The apartment manager Lindsay was more than happy to meet any of my requests and went above and beyond with the display of birthday banners and helium balloons and chocolate that greeted us. On further inspection in the kitchen and dinning room we noticed a complimentary bottle of wine, fresh ground coffee & an amazing selection of alternative hot drinks, There was even a fresh pint of milk awaiting us in the fridge and ice in the freezer to go with our selection of drinks we had brought with us. In the bathroom we found new comfy slippers for everyone, plenty of fresh plump towels and a very generous selection of shampoo, silky conditioner, body wash, and even cotton balls. More selection than I have seen and of better quality than many hotels and apartments I have previously stayed at. There was every thing we needed for a luxury soak in the bath with a glass of wine in hand before getting ready and leaving for a night out. The apartment was just Just a few minutes walk away from Birmingham's St Pauls Square, We had plenty of choice in restaurants, pubs and clubs to choose from for our night out.We found a lovely little Italian restaurant that Lindsay recommended which has a great atmosphere and food that was full of fresh flavor. We had a few casual drinks in a local pub and finished with a boggy in the Jam house, which was great fun and just our style. It was great to just have to wander a few minutes through a beautiful church court yard in the middle of the square to get back to the apartment, once we had our fill at the end of the night. Once we got back and fell into bed we had a great nights sleep, thanks to the king size extra comfy bed with luxurious quilts and plenty of pillows. They even had spare bedding in the cupboard (not that we needed it as it was lovely and warm). The next morning we found a local Tesco just round the corner and everything we could need and more in the kitchen to cook a big breakfast and Sunday roast later that afternoon (even a selection of oils and balsamic vinegar to go with our bread before dinner. The kitchen was more than equipped! On our last night at the apartment we just chilled out on the large comfy sofas and watched a few films on the big TV. We had asked for a late check out so enjoyed a lie in the next day and got chance to finish off the left overs before leaving for home at 12.00. As we were leaving the apartment we meet the jolly housekeeping team, who asked us about our stay and helped carry our bags down to the car park (which was free and secure the entire stay). I love that type of attention to detail and felt really catered for and looked after by everyone for the entire stay from start to finish. The communication from the management from start to finish was second to none and instantly handled; even when we wanted directions to any local shops. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and will certainly look forward to another celebration that brings me back again.
