Booked this hotel for a one night business stay. I am a Hilton Diamond but wasn’t aware that the Garden Inn’s don’t give an upgrade. Was offered to upgrade to a King bed for 2 pounds (yes two) which I thought was quite weird. The hotel is part of a business complex and a stones throw away from the canals, International convention center (ICC) and a nice hub of restaurants. The room was decent sized, clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was good including a live egg counter.

From the moment we arrived until we left, we were treated with kindness and caring from the staff, who were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms were a great size and very very clean. The bed was sooo comfy, that I wish I’d booked more nights. The breakfast in the morning was extremely good value for money - lots of choices and very well cooked.
Overall 5* stay!

I booked afternoon tea at a Recess, a Hilton Garden Inn for a family get together. I cannot fault it. It was lovely. Pleasant and relaxed surroundings, beautiful cakes and Charlene who served us was lovely. Excellent customer service. Will definitely book again.

Hilton very good , had a bit of a mix up with booking.com and they never had me booked in. They sorted it out eventually. Rooms and bathroom very clean with nice tv. Resturant staff very helpful and friendly. Terry the chef was very friendly with a nice personality. Overall a very nice hotel and positioned well

This is our second time staying at the garden inn. Very close to all shops bars and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of choices. Terry makes a mean omelette and was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable
