We went to a concert here and found it a really good venue.
It is ideally placed in the centre of Birmingham within easy reach of various bus and train stations.
The venue is big enough to get a great atmosphere however small enough that you get a great view from wherever you are in the arena.
It is also quite relaxed at the entry with there being plenty of security but they were laid back and very pleasant.

We were at the Hall for a comedian, the view was perfect, with great views from our seats. The bars were a little disorganised but we did manage to get a beer before the show

Went to see Gary Barlow. First time at the symphony Hall. From the outside you wouldn't know it was there. You go in through some plain looking doors within the centre and it opens up into a fantastic modern spacious theatre.
Entry and exit was a breeze compared to some places I've been to.

Really enjoyed the George Benson concert in this excellent venue. The acoustics were excellent and the stage was not too far away to get a good view of the performance. Only downside was that the chairs were tightly packed in and some what uncomfortable.
