We stayed there mid week for two nights. The room was clean and tidy, albeit small as you'd expect. Shower had a perspex /glass door, which is an improvement to some similar hotels that have curtains around a shower tray so the floor gets soaked & the curtain sticks to you. There are coat hangers & a tiny rail to hang clothes; a kettle with two tea, coffee & decaf coffee sachets; a travel hairdryer; extra pillows and all-in-one soap / shampoo in the bathroom. The tele has your usual free view channels. There's a phone to call other rooms for free and normal calls at an elevated price. Our room was reasonably quiet despite being on the first floor overlooking the road. The reception and bar area are modern looking & appealing. They do room service as well as having a a small cafe / restaurant downstairs, although I can't comment on it as we didn't use it.
It's very close to the train station, the Bullring shopping centre and lots of cafes & restaurants like Nandos & Cafe Rouge.
All in all filled our needs at a good value price. More
