Stayed here for two nights, because had booked to see The Lovely Bones at the Birmingham Rep and was seeing friends on the second night.
Because of all the building work going on in the city, it feels like you are staying in a multi storey car park. But, once you are inside, you get a warm welcome from staff and complimentary muffins and water.
The rooms are specious and well equipped. And I really appreciated having an arm chair and foot rest as it means you can relax in the room. The room desperately needs AC and the TVs need updating, as they are quite difficult to operate. You have to keep going through the menu just to change channels.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is nice and the rooms themselves are quiet.
I would recommend staying here. If you are going to the rep, it's nearby so the perfect hotel for a theatre trip. More
