We were looking for somewhere to stay for a couple of nights on our way to Bristol from Manchester. We found this property on the trip adviser website and the reviews looked great. The only room available was the kitzbuhel which is a self catering unit on the farm. The unit is fully furnished and cake, milk, tea and coffee facilities were awaiting us. Although we did not make much use of the self catering facilities everything you need was provided down to dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. The booking included breakfast each morning in the farm house which was freshly prepared to individual requirements, you can even pick what time you want to eat. Sue was great and nothing was too much trouble. There is a local pub within 5 minute walk and the food was excellent but the service is a bit haphazard (we waited 15 minutes for our plates to be removed whilst a couple of the staff chatted behind the bar). There are other nice eating places nearby but you would need to drive. The property is at at the end of a no through road with beautiful scenic views from the farm land. An ideal base if you are looking to do some sightseeing in Warwick or Stratford upon Avon. Would highly recommend and the only negative that we could find was that for us the shower was rather powerful (if that can be a negative). We would definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again.

Just stayed for the bank holiday weekend and had a fabulous time.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the proprietors, Sue and David went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed to make your stay a memorable one.
The farmhouse is set in 300 acres of farmland and has stunning views but is in easy walking distance of the local pub and is only a short distance by car from many picturesque villages.
We went to celebrate my wife's 65th birthday, had a great time and would have no hesitation in returning.
Highly Recommended - Thanks Sue.

Room tip: Try to stay in the Kitzbuhel - fabulous

I was working in the area and chose not to stay in a hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my couple of nights here and would definitely go back, given the opportunity. House has loads of character and Sue was really friendly.

We had the good fortune to stay at Churchill Farm last Friday night. The family room was ideal for our little family, beautifully laid out with everything you could want. The beds were fantastic and the three of us had the best sleep in ages.
The cooked breakfast on Saturday morning was fantastic and kept us all going on our return to North Yorkshire.
