Visited for our 20th Wedding Anniversary trip to the RSC. Great find! Very easy to find; Tamara was exceptionally friendly and helpful; the room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped; and the breakfast was delicious. The B&B is perfectly located as, once you have left your car in the free car park a short distance away, it is easy walking distance into the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and the theatre. Tamara knew it was our wedding anniversary and we were really touched when she gave us a bottle of wine and card - what a kind and thoughtful host! Highly recommended.

Visited for a couple of nights for a visit to the RSC. Tamara out hostess was fab. Upon arrival offered us a fresh pot of tea and was so chatty and friendly and couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. We were in room 1 given a key for the front door and room. Not the biggest of rooms but had everything you need including plenty of teas/coffees/water TV and nice fresh clean white linen on the bed and clean towels(which were changed next day even though we were happy to have used them again). Our only gripe, if you like, was that the shower wasn't the most powerful we've ever used and a bit cramped especially for a larger person but apart from that couldn't be faulted. Cooked breakfast was excellent (one of the best we've ever had) hot and not swimming in grease. Plenty of other options including fruit juice toast yoghurt and cereal. Location is excellent when visiting Stratford as a less than 5 minute walk into town is great especially as we got soaked in a sudden long downpour but could get back quickly to dry off and get changed with Tamara helpfully drying my wife's coat in her tumble dryer. Parking bays (some undercover if not a little tight so no 4x4's in there) are opposite down a small lane but means free included off road parking a bonus when stopping here. All in all a great place to stay and a fabulous hostess. I would recommend stopping here to anyone visiting Stratford and thank you Tamara for making our stay so enjoyable.

The host Marco was humorous and kind. the guesthouse was located in a beautiful village, not far from the river. breakfast was great and we had an ensuite at a reasonable price. great value for money.

Had a one night stay. Host Jeremy made me feel exceptionally welcome. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and homely. Breakfast was lovely with a nice variety of cereals, juice and yoghurts followed by a cooked breakfast made with very good quality ingredients.
Very impressed and would highly recommend

I stayed at the Broadland Guest House while studying for a week at the nearby Shakespeare Institute. The place is very small, but the service is friendly and impeccable. Proprietors Tamara and Jeremy do all they can to make you feel at home. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a B&B in Stratford and I will most likely be staying there again.
