We came here for dinner one snowy weekend. We've been here couple of times as we love their burgers. We were never disappointed with the food and service quality that's why we kept on returning.

Liked the look of the the outside and the menu, lunch menu was £10 for burger fries and a drink, nice choice of burgers. The wine was a bit expensive for a bottle but again it was worth the money. They were a bit busy so the service was a bit slow to get our drinks too us but the server (Raz) was very apologetic and very attentive he also took the time too have a chat and a joke. We would differently go back here

Had a rainy day out with friends in Newcastle. Nice walk round and stopped for a spot of lunch in Byrons. Raz was very helpful and polite. Even though he was busy still managed to seat us quickly and helped my wife 're the allergy side of things. So the chicken burger was tasty s was the Byron burger the ladles enjoyed the chicken wings and two types of fries. The chefs were practicing they're new menu but unfortunately wouldn't let us sample theirs. Missed a trick there guys. Overall a nice lunch could have got 5 points.

The burger was okay, but much too expensive. For example the side dish (I mean french fries) was not included and the burger was not very big.

Hi Elana, we really appreciate you taking the time to get in touch and many thanks for the feedback. I'm very sorry that you feel Byron is overpriced, but I can assure you that our prices reflect the cost of ingredients. I will definitely pass your comments on to the team though, and once again thank you for getting in touch.
