Very nice, fresh and comfortable hotel not far from the city center. Big beds, clean and fresh rooms. Good as for the business trips ( 5 minutes walk from the real way station), and also for vacation. Also recommend for events.

Had a lovely over night stay here & can't fault a thing. Room was airy spacious & spotless, breakfast was delicious, loads of choice & the staff were really lovely cheery & friendly. Newcastle has the friendliest bunch of people, loved my stay.

Unfortunately the Front of House staff let down the experience, which is a shame as they are the face of the hotel and the first people customers deal with.
Very unfriendly and unhelpful, definitely felt like a lot of effort speaking to them and not one of them had a smile on their face.
The hotel has a perfect location, close to the railway station and to the quayside. The rooms are clean and quiet, very spacious bathroom. The pool and jacuzzi facilities are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel in a great location, no parking on site but handy parking next to the hotel.
Lovely attentive staff and a great selection of foods for breakfast. The bathroom was large consisting of a bath and separate shower. Sadly, the pool was out of order and you can’t open the windows in the room but there is AC provided. This hotel will be the only place I check into whilst visiting Newcastle. It’s also very handy to have the train station within walking distance too !
