We picked this because it is in a good location at the bottom of the town centre just along from the train station.Came in car and parked in the Times square multi story across the road which was easy to find coming from the south. The hotel room was nice with an openable window,we had twin beds, one of which was a double so very generous.Storage space was a bit meagre and the bathroom a bit tired but perfectly adequate.Overall it was good value for money compared to others I looked at and the staff were fantastic,

Room Tip: We had quiet room on third floor at the end of corridor.

Very good hotel with friendly staff and very close to all the amenities. Breakfast was also great with staff being able to make an omelette specially. Rooms were great and bed was really comfortable. This hotel was reasonable priced for the area and got the best value for money.

Can't fault the Jurys Inn at all... We came up Friday-Sunday for a family wedding and decided to stay here. Very polite staff, lovely room/bathroom. Really enjoyed our stay and the beds are very comfy which we needed after traveling 200 miles up North. We will see you again when we next visit, thanks! ✔

Recent stay for a few days trip to Newcastle. Hotel a few minutes walk from Central Station and also town centre. Also handy for Quayside and Metro Arena. Hotel staff very welcoming. Room clean and linen fresh. Only negative was no air con in rooms. Our room was ok for this time of year but may be a problem in warmer months. Bar food was a bit expensive so we ate out. Nice atmosphere in bar but we had to forgo Cocktails that were on menu for fruit cider as person in bar didn’t know how to make them. I think she was there for serving food and not a barmaid. In all would definitely stay again as hotel itself was very good, but would probably not utilise bar.

Having had a seven hour train journey with no catering available and not arriving at the hotel until after 11pm, we asked if the bar was still open and if we could get food and were delighted to find that the answer was yes on both counts. We had a couple of drinks and a substantial sandwich and were well pleased. Our room was big, ditto the bed, and everything scrupulously clean. Water in the bathroom was hot, breakfast was good with decent machine coffee and the hotel was only a short walk from both station and centre. It got busy on Friday night in the lobby with stag and hen parties checking in but we were going out anyway so were not affected much. I would stay there again. It is good value.
