Jesmond Park Hotel is a small, nice hotel close to the city centre in Jesmond area. You can take the metro or walk 20 minutes to the centre. And Jesmond Dene Park is just three minutes walk from the hotel where you can visit the pet's corner, the old windmill and the waterfall. There are a lot of pubs, restaurants and markets near the hotel. It's a clean and quiet hotel and Frank is always there to help you with a friendly smile. And breakfast is delicious.

This doesn’t pretend to be anything more than it is. It’s an unpretentious guest house that is a little dated with small rooms and a decent breakfast. Well worth an overnight stay, and the modest cost.

Well positioned hotel, just down the road from the main Osborne Road area of hotels, pubs and restaurants. Parking available. Hotel was value for the money paid. Friendly staff, good breakfast offered. Hotel room a little outdated and slightly small for a double but as not in it much was not a major problem. Small en-suite shower room but ok. Room and en-suite clean. As its an old building there was noise that was more noticeable through the night with doors banging, creaky floorboards and the voices of other guests which disturbed my sleep on the 4 nights I was there.

Room tip: I was at back on the ground floor suffered with the noise from banging doors and creaky floorboards and staircase

You'll need a street map, if you're on foot, or the help of passers-by who have the gadget to help you find it! Once there, you'll be thinking of ways to walk back to the nearest bus stop or metro station.By car, you'll have no problems with parking, as the hotel provides passes. for overflows.
Is a very comfortable hotel, with a licensed bar, and friendly staff, and plenty of leaflets and magazines on display. Good facilities, and an adequate breakfast, although we found the coffee to be very weak in flavour. A very reasonable price!..

Stayed here for 2 nights, everything was fine from the room being clean and tidy to the breakfast being lovely. The staff there were very helpful and friendly and all in all it was a pleasant stay. Don't know what the negative comments are about but for me I can't fault The Jesmond.
