Booked in this hotel for a few nights. On arrival parked car in car park, 1 level above reception, no problem as there is a lift to take you down. Remember to keep your ticket as it is needed to be validated at reception to get out of car park. At reception check in was easy, just a few forms to fill in due to corvid restrictions. A form for next day breakfast was also required., because again due to corvid restrictions.
Booked a executive room, floor 5 corner room was available. 510 away from the metro bridge which can be a little noisy every 5-10 mins through the day.
Room was a little outdated but very clean and tidy. Bathroom quite small with toilet in a little corner but ok for a few nights, found toilet very low to sit, shame as the main room was very big. Great views of the bridges and river. If you stay in for dinner the meals are in the bar lounge area. Meals hot and tasty. Breakfast was in the restaurant ares, you decide your breakfast day before. Enjoyed our stay, booked out and had car park ticket validated and left. Would return and stay longer if required. We found the whole staff was excellent, a credit to this hotelMore
