Stayed on business for two nights. Hotel is and feels new. Bedroom was excellent, well appointed and extremely comfortable. My room had a double and single and plenty of space for luggage, working and resting. Power points also had USB ports which is convenient.
Bathroom was very modern and well fitted. Shower had good pressure and the complimentary toiletries were good quality.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, hot and cold.
All staff were professional and attentive.
The hotel is right in the city centre and just a 5 minute walk from Central Station.
Happy to recommend.

Very well located for the city centre though this does mean street views and no parking
Very bright and modern with welcoming staff.
The room was set up for three and though the beds are extremely comfortable the "double" was small so we also used the single bed.
Plenty of fresh towels but not enough toiletries, three shampoo but only one body wash. No face cloths lotions or shower caps so remember to take your own.
Free wifi
Good breakfast options
Good budget option for overnight stay. We only pain £58 on hotels.com so was good value

Just back from this hotel last night.stayed here as a surprise birthday treat for my husbands birthday.what can I say other than we had a fantastic stay from the moment we arrived.a waiter knocked our door 5 mins after arriving to deliver a birthday plate with birthday cake on it and our complimentary bottle of wine(which was part of our groupon deal) along with a birthday card from the hotel staff.the room was lovely with comfy beds and great shower.our waitress veronica who looked after us at night with our evening meal was lovely and a credit to the hotel. The following morning we were served breakfast by the elderly Scottish man who was also a credit to the hotel,he was so friendly and attentive and helped us find our way around newcastle advising us about buses to get and things to do.Thankyou so much for making our stay a memorable one.I would defo book this hotel again as all the staff were lovely
