We only visited the tea shop here - but that was worth the trip in itself. The tea was good and refills were offered. The chocolate cake was excellent. We sat on the outside balcony watching the boat movements - exciting as the current here is very strong. The ferry to Old Felixstowe was running; the route it took varied with every crossing as the state of the current changed. There were binoculars on every table to allow for even more detailed inspection of the many moored and moving craft. And the sun shone!
