“Lovely Flat!!”
Reviewed 23 October 2014 for a stay in October 2014

Had a lovely stay in this beautifully modern ,one bedroom flat. High ceilings and a stylish bathroom really make you feel right at home. Wonderful king size bed in a very spacious bedroom. Bright throughout the flat and central heating only a flick away, to warm you up on a frosty night. Would probably benefit from a little more furniture in the lounge, just to give it a more lived in feel but each to their own.

Only downside was in the stairways/hallways getting to the flat, by where the lights either don't work or have a few seconds duration. Little daunting in the dark!!

“Picturesque location, lovely apt., lots of stairs”
Reviewed 18 October 2014 for a stay in October 2014

This apartment is obviously newly remodeled with a lovely kitchen and bathroom which boasts of a huge tub/shower. Clean and bright, it overlooks a park where everyone seems to take his/her dog. You can even see glimpses of the river. It is at the top of 45 old, uneven stairs in a shabby hallway.
For some reason, the good-sized living room is almost empty with only a couch and TV on a stand. A coffee table, more chairs and end tables would be nice additions. My husband believes the room is so empty because the owners didn't want to have to carry any more furniture up the horrible stairs.
A big grocery store is a few blocks away, as is the central area. Nothing is too far it Bath.

Management Response
20 Oct 2014
Thanks for providing a review.
I am really very sorry that you were not happy with the living room and the hallway/stairs that leads to the apartment.
I take your point with regards to the living room. A coffee table would be a good addition. I will therefore purchase this additional piece of furniture.
With regards to the hallway and stairs that leads to the apartment. You refer to, “45 old, uneven stairs in a shabby hallway.” A more charitable view would be that the hall and stairs exhibit the patina of a bygone age – especially when considering that the staircase is an original feature within a Georgian house that is over 190 years old.
For the record, I do not have control over this area as it is owned by the Management Company for the building. However, the Management Company have assured me that it is to be re-decorated this Autumn.
Finally, please give your husband my assurances that the lack of a coffee table in the living room was not because I could not be bothered to carry it up the stairs. Having taken a king-size mahogany bed, mattress and leather sofa up the stairs a small occasional table would be the least of my concerns.
Best regards,
Mark Keyford.

“Great apartment for a short break in Bath”
Reviewed 13 October 2014 for a stay in October 2014

We stayed in Norfolk Green for three nights in early October and found it to be a great apartment. It is located in a pretty crescent which is a short walk from the main attractions in the centre of town. The apartment, which looks like it has been recently decorated, was very clean and tidy and was the perfect base for exploring everything that Bath has to offer. Highly recommended!

“Highly recommended very nice appartment in a beautiful crescent very near the city”
Reviewed 6 September 2014 for a stay in July 2014

What a lovely appartment in a very beautiful crescent (rather like the Royal Crescent but smaller), overlooking a small tranquil park, but only a mile from the centre of Bath, and a few minutes to an excellent Indian Restaurant (Mint Room), and the Herschel Museum, and shops and other amenities, as well as a pleasant walk alongside the river.

Everything we needed was there, and everything was clean and well presented.
With parking also included, our visit to Bath was easy.

I would highly recommend this great find of an appartment.

“Perfect for a visit to Bath”

My daughter & I have just returned from a weekend in Bath & were very happy with the accomodation. As we entered the building, we were a little apprehensive, as the entrance hall looked a bit shabby, but the flat itself (2nd floor) was lovely. It has obviously only recently been decorated so was clean & tidy. There was tea / coffee & milk left for us (the owner even asked what milk we would prefer). The view over the green was lovely & the building is only a short walk from Bath centre. I would recommend the accomodation & would stay there again if visiting Bath.
