Such a lovely welcoming place to stay, well appointed rooms with great en suites, friendly, helpful staff and fantastic breakfast. Stayed on several occasions and they aways remember I am gluten free. Even received some choices and toiletries when I returned at Christmas.

We recently stayed here for two nights and rate it very highly. The room was very luxurious and the breakfasts were amazing with an excellent variety and choice.

We would like to thank Jeremy for the warm welcome and helping to make our stay particularly enjoyable.

We would highly recommend it.

My husband and I recently spent two nights at Apsley House for a milestone birthday celebration. Upon arrival we were met by Kate who gave us a very warm welcome and comprehensive information about visiting Bath. It was one of the most informative check ins to a hotel that I can remember.
We stayed in one of the garden rooms with a four-poster bed. It felt very cosy and luxurious and the bathroom had lots of nice touches too.
The hotel is an easy 30-minute walk into central Bath. The second day we were there we got the bus which stops right outside the hotel which was easy too.
The breakfasts were delicious and overall we felt very well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel to other couples visiting Bath.

Room Tip: Garden rooms have their own private entrance and four poster beds

This is a really well-run, comfortable hotel staffed by a professional, friendly team. The rooms are luxurious and the lounge and dining room smart but welcoming. The hotel is about one mile from the city centre but we had a lovely walk there largely through a park. Breakfast was wonderful.

Stayed in the Wellington room. Very nice. Hot day so the room was rather warm. We had to bug out early to get to our reservation at Stonehenge so we missed breakfast. The manager made us to go bags with snacks and take away cups for coffee which was very nice of him. Highly recommended.
