Wonderful stay in this Boutique Hotel with its unique room layout.
The staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay in our lovely Park view room relaxing and care free.
Breakfast was fab with lots of mouth watering choices, and freshly squeezed orange juice always makes a great start.
The Hotel is just a short walk from the Town where there are many excellent restaurants to choose from.
So thanks again for a great stay.

Thank you TripAdvisor for helping us find Roseate Villa. From the moment we drove up in our car and were warmly welcomed by Veronica, we knew this was a great place. It was our first time in Bath (or the UK for that matter), and the people of this town were so friendly. Our room at Roseate Villa was spacious and beautiful (with a Hypnos bed). The front desk were always willing to talk and advise us on our various outings around Somerset County.

We enjoyed our breakfasts each morning, and the kitchen was very accommodating to our gluten and dairy allergies.

The location is close to the heart of town, allowing us to walk to the Bath Abbey, Roman Baths, Royal Crescent, Jane Austen Museum, Train Station, endless restaurants, and even Prior Park (which was a bit of a hike).

Tip: pay a little extra for parking if you are driving.

We will definitely return to Bath someday (frankly, I wouldn't mind living there), and I would gladly stay here again.

Room Tip: Deluxe Park View Room was a great choice for us.

We were warmly welcomed after the long ride from London, quick to offer tea or wine. The rooms were beautifully furnished with adequate suitcase storage, tea/coffee pot, fan, and daily refresh of towels and service. There was an honor bar, airy sitting room where breakfast was available for purchase. The location was ideal, quiet, but close to the Pulteney Bridge and the center of town.

Room Tip: Need to climb stairs, no elevators

We spent our second night in England in the Roseate Villa - from then on our comment regarding our lovely accommodations was, well, it's not the Roseate Villa. The location was perfect for going wandering in Bath and a lovely park across the street drew us for respite. The staff was welcoming and made every effort to insure our comfort. Great location!

My husband booked a visit to Bath for my 30th Birthday treat and from the second we arrived here, I must say that our stay was outstanding.

We live about 4 hours away from Bath but arrived super early as we wanted to make the most of our stay. The lady on reception (sorry - don't know her name) was very attentive - she gave us a map and explained the quickest way to walk into the centre of Bath (since neither of us had visited before). It took 3 or 4 minutes to walk to Pultney Bridge, so you couldn't wish for a better location.

When we returned later to check in, we were greeted with homemade ginger cake and a lovely pot of tea. Exactly what was needed after an early start.

The room was perfect - it met our every need and a little more: a very comfy bed, a good shower, very quiet at night even with the window wide open, an excellent level of decoration and brilliant extra special touches such as homemade biscuits replenished every morning and mineral water.

The breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel and we tried a range of items throughout our stay. A traditional English done to a high standard, the smoked salmon with potato pancakes where the salmon was gorgeous and the eggs royale with perfect poached eggs. There was also freshly squeezed orange juice, a selection of homemade jams and preserves and a glass of complimentary Buck's fizz.

Without doubt the best part of our stay at The Roseate was the staff. Not fake and fussy like some hotel staff can be but genuinely engaging and interested in our plans for the day. Jean-Luc and Veronica were especially attentive and made us feel like old friends returning, despite us having never met before. I cannot recommend staying here highly enough!
