Room ok although noisy pipes in bathroom from the basin when the plug was pulled. We had room that was next to a busy road and you could hear the traffic.Pillows on bed were very lumpy and quite hard to sleep on .Breakfast was OK coffee was not Very weak .Stated a 20 minute walk to the centre. Now I'm a fast walker and it took us 35 plus minutes to walk .

This guest house is one of the best we have stayed in. Lovely couple who run it and staff who are always willing to help and guide you.
Came here for the Christmas markets and was a great experience. Cute little craft stalls and tea rooms dotted around.
Rooms are great in the hotel.and the breakfast is brilliant sets you up for the day.
Easyier and cheaper to get a taxi to town if 3 or more of you instead of the bus.

This is a great Bed &Breakfast - very good rooms, lovely bathrooms, excellent breakfast. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Great to have parking available and very easy access to Bath via short taxi journey. We had two twin rooms and they were both excellent. Highly recommend Ashley Villa so you can see the wonderful city of Bath and have a good quality place to stay.

FIRST REVIEW: Stayed here recently with my girlfriend for 2 nights for my birthday over Halloween. Sat Nav took us straight to front door. Owners very welcoming and friendly. Immediately feel at home. He went through with us a map on back of leaflet showing were to go. Bus to town stops almost right outside every 15mins till late. Also with your key to riom there is a reward card enabling you to discount off all major attractions and deals restaurants and bars which is a nice touch. First time i have felt compelled to write a review.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the en-suite room was comfortable and clean but a bit on the cosy side. Free parking was provided which was great and it's a 20/25 minute walk to the town centre. The owners of the B&B were very friendly and welcoming and provided a good breakfast.
