We spontaneously booked this hidden gem for a friends birthday at the last minute and boy were we surprised. When first entering the building all that we could think about was how small it is and how much the decor needs improving, but with a friendly welcome and the food that followed it doesn't even matter. As a party of four not one of us had a bad thing to say about any of the incredibly tasting/presented food and with a £20 menu for three courses what is their to complain about? By the end of the night we had made friends with the table next to us and had a surprise birthday dessert. Overall the atmosphere, food and an added bonus of bringing your own wine I would highly recommend visiting this Italian masterpiece. (ALSO GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY)
